Foreign tourists’ trips to Qazvin increased
According to Kental News report, quoted by IRNA, Nader Mohammadi added on Sunday at the press conference of the Director General and the Deputy Directors of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Crafts of Qazvin Province with the media that 810 foreign tourists have traveled to Qazvin Province since the beginning of this year. In the past there were 720 people.
He stated: Most of the bookings and visits of foreign tourists from Qazvin province were related to the eastern Alamut region.
Referring to the issuance of 52 in-principle approvals for the establishment of tourism facilities in Qazvin province, this official said: The estimated volume of these projects is 850 billion tomans.
The Deputy Tourism Director of Qazvin Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department also mentioned: This year, 89 billion Tomans have been invested in the tourism field of the province through various projects.
40 restoration projects have been completed in Qazvin buildings
The Deputy of Handicrafts of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Qazvin province said: Since the beginning of the 13th government, 40 restoration projects have been completed in Qazvin historical buildings and collections.
Seyed Maitham Hissari added: In this regard, 10 mosques, including the Malamahdi, Sabz, Sardar, Salehiye and Jame Atiq mosques, have been restored.
This official stated: During this period, five historic houses in Qazvin were restored in a cooperative way.
The Deputy of Handicrafts of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Qazvin Province also said: Participation in the construction of eight traditional market rooms, improvement of three traditional garden wells, and pathology studies of the Auj Caravanserai and the double towers of Kharghan Spa were also completed during this period.
