Director General of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Mazandaran announced the registration of Niloofar Wetland in the list of national works of Iran.

According to Kental Travel report, quoted by Mehr, Sadegh Barzegar stated that two water dams were registered as Nilufar wetlands in the villages of Rudbast and Ojaxar in the list of national natural monuments, adding: With the follow-ups, two water dams in the villages of “Rodbast and Ajaxar” from the central part of the city Babolsar was registered as “lily pond” in the national natural heritage list.

The Director General of Cultural Heritage listed Mazandaran’s natural beauty, biodiversity and bird habitat among the indicators of the registration of these works and called for everyone’s cooperation to preserve and maintain the national heritage.
