The Haft Khan Restaurant in Shiraz, located on Quran Boulevard, is one of the most renowned and beautiful restaurants you must visit during your trip to Shiraz. This complex opened in 2010 and includes seven restaurants in one building, each offering a unique environment with unique architecture and decor. The Haft Khan Restaurant complex serves various Iranian, international, and seafood dishes. Different Sections of Haft Khan Restaurant
Haft Khan Restaurant in Shiraz covers an area of 1,400 square meters, with a total built-up space of 6,000 square meters. The restaurant spans several floors, featuring a blend of traditional and modern architecture. Each floor has its unique decor, designed to complement the type of cuisine served. As the name suggests, Haft Khan is divided into seven sections, or “Khans.” These seven sections include five restaurants and two cafes.
First Khan
The First Khan, or the -1 floor of Haft Khan, is the traditional restaurant “Forood.” Forood Restaurant is one of the most popular sections of Haft Khan in Shiraz. The restaurant features a white ceiling design with sturdy columns throughout the space. Wooden seating with hand-woven carpets is provided for guests. At Forood Restaurant, you can enjoy authentic Iranian dishes, including a variety of kebabs, different types of Tahchin, stews, Dizi, and more.
Alongside the main courses, you can also order drinks, Shirazi herbal distillates, and desserts. Beverages include various herbal drinks, different types of tea, and vegetable Doogh (yogurt drink). Popular appetizers include “Do Piazeh Aloo” (potato and onion dish), Kashk-e Bademjan (eggplant with whey), and Haleem Bademjan (eggplant and meat stew). If you have a sweet tooth, desserts like ice cream, Shirazi Faloodeh, Ranginak (Shirazi date dessert), and more are available. To complement your dining experience, live traditional music is played. Service on this floor is from 12 PM to 12 AM.
Second Khan
The ground floor, or Second Khan of Haft Khan, is the Zarir Café. This café offers a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, cakes, ice cream, and desserts. The café is open from 10 AM to 12 AM, welcoming guests throughout the day.
Third Khan
The first floor, or Third Khan of Haft Khan in Shiraz, is dedicated to the Belyan Fast Food Restaurant. Many guests prefer fast food options when dining out, and this restaurant offers a range of dishes like shrimp pizza, Lovely pizza, various sandwiches, fried chicken, spaghetti, pasta, and more.
Appetizers include a variety of salads, fries, and garlic bread with cheese. For beverages, you can choose from soda, non-alcoholic beer, yogurt drinks (Doogh), and more. Belyan Fast Food Restaurant features a main dining hall and a balcony where guests can choose to enjoy their meals. The restaurant opens at 12 PM and continues serving late into the night.
Fourth Khan
The second floor, or Fourth Khan of the restaurant, is the international café Gisia. This café boasts a stylish and visually appealing ambiance. At Gisia Café in Haft Khan Shiraz, guests can enjoy a variety of hot and cold beverages, Italian pizzas, ice cream cakes, and more. The café is open from 12 PM to 12 AM, ready to serve its guests.
Fifth Khan
Another part of the Haft Khan complex is the Garsivaz BBQ Restaurant, located on the third floor and known as the Fifth Khan. Garsivaz BBQ is a traditional rooftop restaurant offering dishes such as grilled meats, chicken, Lebanese shawarma, and specialty burgers.
Sixth Khan
Another floor of the Haft Khan complex is home to Nofel Restaurant, which represents the Sixth Khan. This restaurant serves a wide variety of Iranian and international dishes. The dining experience is enhanced by the beautiful sound of live piano music, providing guests with a delightful atmosphere.
Seventh Khan
Following Nofel Restaurant, the next floor is the Seventh Khan, which is the Sindakht Buffet Restaurant. This restaurant offers breakfast and lunch. Every morning, the buffet serves breakfast along with head and trotters. At lunchtime, guests can enjoy a selection of 30 different dishes, salads, beverages, and desserts. Many people in Shiraz choose this restaurant for their meals. They prefer Nofel for family or friends gatherings over many other dining options. The restaurant offers a variety of high-quality dishes and finger foods.
For breakfast, the buffet features various omelets, head and trotters, and cold and hot breakfast plates. Lunch options include Iranian dishes such as Baghali Polo (broad bean rice), Shevid Polo (dill rice), Zereshk Polo with chicken (barberry rice), various stews, Kolom Polo (cabbage rice), and Dizi (a traditional meat and bean stew). If you’d like to order a drink, you can find a range of teas, coffees, and fresh fruit juices available. The buffet operates from 7 AM to 11 AM and again from 12 PM to 4 PM.
